Male persons can be somewhat hard to shop for, especially if they have little or no interest in sartorial or decorative matters. Really, how many Star Wars collectible action figures can you give your brother before you realize that you are enabling a middle-age geek. Now, my brothers are neither middle-aged nor are they geeks but this gift would work well for them, too.

The bath size is on sale right now for only $13 -- with a free monogram! The khaki or bay leaf colors are safe boy colors. A good set would be four each of the bath towels, four hand towels and a floor mat -- but four bath towels is a good place to start. 

And pick the tone on tone monogram in the diamond block style. It looks very fresh right now. I wish I could say the same about my brother's apartment. We'll deal with that next Christmas.
