Let's All Drink Red Wine and Get Skinny!

Here's some fun reading for today! I'm beginning to see why these French women eat loads of bread and cheese and never get fat. It's the red wine!

Check out these articles that tell us that, among other things, red wine hinders fat storage...woo hoo! (Okay, it has to be moderate consumption...what's that? And it's only been proven in mice. But it sounds promising, non?)

 

And it delays certain signs of aging. I may even go off the champers for a while...besides, bubbly is really expensive in Paris.
