These English Muffins Are A Great Nutritional Bargain

This is my new favorite breakfast!

Thomas' Light Multi Grain English Muffins (not the regular light but the multi grain light) are jammed full of fiber -- 8 whopping grams -- and only have 100 calories. Plus, they have 6 grams of protein. That's quite a bit for a bread product.

 

Calorically speaking, this is one of the best nutritional deals out there. They are made with soy flour and whey protein to get those stellar stats -- but they taste good! I like to melt a slice of fat free cheese on mine for another 5 g. of protein and a paltry 35 extra calories. This with a cup of coffee and a bit of whole milk gives me a 200 calorie breakfast that will hold me until lunch.
